Fraser Gallop Estate is a young winery with an established reputation for making exceptional wines. We produce premium single-vineyard wines reflecting the unique qualities of the vines and Wilyabrup terroir.

Our wines are made from our own grapes grown on the property, wild-fermented and made gently with a hands-off, minimal intervention approach in our estate winery. We are well known and respected for making some of Australia’s best cabernet and chardonnay wines celebrated for their uniqueness, collectability and value.

Yarri Restaurant + Bar is a collaboration between co-founders of Snake + Herring wines - Redmond, Tony and Sal Davis - and renowned local chef Aaron Carr. Situated in the centre of Dunsborough alongside the Dugalup Creek, diners can relax in the casual but elegant space, right at the gateway to the Margaret River region.

Our cuisine is Aaron’s take on delicious modern Australian food, highlighting the best ingredients Western Australia grows, as well as heirloom, organic produce from our own garden. We source ethically produced ingredients and present them simply, at their fullest potential alongside expertly paired drinks from Snake + Herring (and a few other icons and mates).
